Oil Cleansing Recipes for Dry Skin
- 1 teaspoon of castor oil (use 0.5 teaspoons for very dry skin)
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
- 3.5 teaspoons of avocado oil
- 0.5 teaspoon of argan oil
- 5 drops of lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of vitamin E oil
You can substitute the sunflower oil with tamanu oil and the avocado oil with jojoba oil if you would like to experiment a bit.
Oil Cleansing Recipes for Oily/Combination Skin
- 1 teaspoon of castor oil
- 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons of grapeseed oil
- 0.5 teaspoon of argan oil
- 5 drops of orange essential oil or rosemary essential oil
Other carrier oils you can use in this oil cleansing recipe for oily/combination skin include jojoba oil, sweet almond, tamanu oil, and emu oil.
Oil Cleansing Recipes for/Acne-Prone Skin
- 1.5 teaspoons of castor oil
- 1.5 teaspoons of argan oil

- 1 teaspoon of watermelon seed oil
