Serena Williams has changed the face of not only women in tennis, but also black women in tennis and continues to set records at the age of 33 with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Of course as a professional athlete, her training and work out regimen will be way more intense than the average Joe’s but you can take hers and incorporate a modified version of what she does to build a better you.
