How Long Do You Leave Avocado Oil in Your Hair?
This depends on what kind of hair treatment you’re doing. If it’s a hot oil or deep conditioning treatment, it wouldn’t be more than 45 minutes.

Does Avocado Oil Need to Be Refrigerated?
As long as it’s in an airtight container and stored away from light sources, it should be fine but you can put it in the refrigerator if it makes you more comfortable.
